Customers are welcome to stop by our facilities and see how the work on their vehicle is progressing. We operate to manufacturer's recommended repair procedures and using only quality components.

The fact that we backup our work so well is reflected in that most of our customers are repeat customers and referrals, they trust us to repair their vehicles properly. Repeat customers are our best source of advertising and our warranty ensures that they will continue to be.

Parts:

New: OEM warranty is in effect for all new part component purchases. Labor is included.

Used: A ninety (90) day warranty is in effect for all used parts component purchases. Labor is included.

After Market: If these parts are used to comply with your policy or wishes we purchase from reputable suppliers and pass on warranty conditions to the client to ensure they receive the best possible coverage. Labor is included.

Materials: All materials included with the servicing of the warranty problem are included.

Paint: We offer lifetime warranty on all paint jobs. Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle and is NOT transferable. All warranty work is performed at BNC Quality Auto Body.

We are authorized at OEM level for refinishing and collision repairs.
