A phrase commonly used when people meet, and yet in our business is true, "we meet by accident." Even though it is a difficult time for the individuals involved, at BNC Quality Auto Body we try to make it as convenient as possible. We can contact customer, broker, or agent concerning repairs.

Our friendly reception area is comfortable where we can have the customer relax. We provide coffee, soda, and filtered water; and if you need to handle your own business while you wait we have a telephone, fax machine, and photocopier at your disposal.

When required by customer we can make arrangements for car rental at their convenience. If the customer is not able to drive we can drive them home and pick them up when their car is ready.

Timely Service

Realizing that time is money, we make every effort for quick delivery of vehicles so that the customer is not inconvenienced, this means reduced costs in rental cars and other alternative transportation methods you may use while your car is being serviced.

Towing

When requested, we can make arrangements for the customer's car to be towed.
